Buyer Terms
By using Zaro and ordering products, you agree to the following terms.
Orders
Prices are shown in denars (MKD) and include VAT. An order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.
Payment
We accept card payment, and for selected products cash on delivery (where available).
Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting info@zaro.mk.
Liability
We strive to keep descriptions and images accurate. Slight variations in color or appearance are possible with imported products.
Returns
Zaro does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Replacement or refund is only available for damaged, wrong or defective items (see the Returns & Refunds page).
